Finally. A step in the right direction!!
I absolutely love Chipotle but this Chipotle was my least favorite. I would drive to the Chipotle in Military Circle for fresh food and fast service. For the past few months, the food was cold, the store was unorganized (dirty) and the online orders kept the lines to the door. However, the past few times I've visited (late May and early June), the store has run more efficiently. I was about to call corporate and finally, a change. Obviously new employees and a fully staffed crew has been beneficial. Kudos to the new staff. I hope it continues. -

Floors and tables dirty.
Employees are not cordial and don't like to either work together, work there or work AT ALL!
Guacamole looked GREY, I asked for Lime and the answered was "WE DONT HAVE LIME" WHAT!!!??? You have to have LIME to make the guacamole...
Nasty customer service... I don't get it...

I'm actually surprised to see my experience is the norm for this location. I've never been to this location before, as I usually visit the Chesapeake Square or Hampton locations (which are always great).
I stopped here Sunday around 6pm and immediately saw how dirty it was. The restaurant was nearly empty, so it's not like they didn't have time to clean. Half of the tables were dirty. While I was waiting in line, two employees actually were cleaning up, but behind the counter, so this did nothing from a customer's perspective. There were at least two entire sleeves of cups picked up off the floor. If I said it looked like an employee trashed the place before quitting, it wouldn't be far from the truth.
No guacamole. It was stated in many other reviews they are often out of ingredients. How does this happen? You know how many other restaurants this happens at? Nearly none. You're a nationwide chain. Get your ish together.
Don't give these clowns your money. Go somewhere else. -

I see why this chipotle only had 2.5 stars, some of the employees are rude. There is a young man in the photo in the attached that greeted me like he was annoyed. I saw a girl in front of me ask for onions and he rolled his eyes at her and immediately I knew I was gonna be treated the same. Once I finally got to his part of the line he looked at me like I was wasting his time and I quickly contemplated whether to ask for my favorite part of the meal which was the onions. When I did he paused, rolled his eyes and turned to the back counter to get the onion...I felt the need to apologize because I thought I was wrong for asking. Smh. Other than that, my salad bowl was fresh and enjoyed it outside of the stinky attitude.

They NEVER get anything right!! This is a piece of crap location!!! How did i pay for chicken and steak and only got a couple dices of steak and no chicken!!!!!!!!
